A very very comfortable hotel with modern rooms, lovely big room, big bed, big bathroom. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 2200hrs, but the staff were on site and ready to help. What we loved too was a fantastic restaurant next door (The Hunger) where you can sit outside and enjoy the ambience. They provide blankets if required. We are returning to Kayseri in a weeks time, but unfortunately I’ve prepaid another hotel. If I hadn’t have I would definitely have returned to this lovely hotel. All round a great facility.
Air conditioner wasn’t working properly, but luckily it difnt get too hot.

The location is perfect. It is right in the center, yet very quiet. You can easily walk to Kayseri Castle, and there are shops and even a car wash nearby, which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. There is also a very nice and tasty restaurant right next to the hotel. The hotel offers free parking, which is a big advantage. The parking attendant was a very kind and helpful gentleman, and the whole parking process was smooth and easy.
The hotel is located in a historical area with old traditional Kayseri houses. It is actually a local landmark, and staying in such a beautiful historic house was a very special experience. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and authenticity.
The room was very comfortable and warm, even during cold weather. The Wi-Fi worked well. The room was cleaned every single day, which is something I honestly have not seen in many hotels recently. That was a very pleasant surprise.
The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was not exactly to my personal taste, but the variety of food was absolutely sufficient.
