The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful.
SPA times was short between 13 pm to 12 pm! To those who plan to visit the city during the stay will be difficult to enjoy the Spa.
SPA was closed 4 days under my stay for 7 days because of the governmental holidays in Türkiye which is not acceptable because I stay at a private hotel!
The sales manager of the hotel promised to investigate the 78 extra euro that the hotel took from my credit card but I didn't get any response from him and this is unprofessional!
