The best thing about this facility was their staff in particular the young man at the front desk named A. Majid. He was polite and professional. He did his best to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The TV was not working during the 9 days I was there.
Also, by mistake I reserved two rooms through Booking.com but they asked me to cancel through Florya Hotel. I was passed back to Booking.com
The extra room was never credited back to me and I had to pay for it. I didn't like that.
