This charming boutique hotel offers a wonderfully friendly atmosphere that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. The location offers a hassle-free connection with easy access to both Wembley Stadium and the city center. The lounge included handy coffee and tea making facilities for a relaxing morning. Great Perks was having access to free parking took all the stress out of arriving and exploring the area. Highly recommended if you want a cozy stay with excellent hospitality and perfect transport links
Continental breakfast was average , I would rather to pay more for full English breakfast

We came for the bon jovi concert, and the staff had left us a complimentary vip basket of snacks and drinks and a printed letter with really useful info on getting to and from Wembley
The aircon was very noisy so couldn't be used

I liked the decorations of the hotel, the interior is very pretty. Hotel is in a pretty good location, close to public transport and some shops.
I didn’t like how before I even used the bed there were hairs and bits on it. Also disliked how the towels were stained and had hair in it, cleanness is very important to me and I couldn’t accept this. I woke up to my whole body itching, never had this issue before. Only one socket out of the three worked in the room. I also booked two single beds for a room but when I got into the room, it was a double.
