Comfortable enough

Large family room. Walking distance to beach. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Good wifi 😊

We used Credit card to secure room online, but on arrival was asked to settle entire bill for 3 days in cash! We hadn't stepped foot in the room yet. Had to ask after 2 days for fresh towels and toilet paper. They had a Christmas party but we weren't invited lol 😆

Good stay, perfect for a few days

Standard, good for the price. Good location, near to most of the things you’ll need, restaurants, cafes and bars. Not too far from the beach. Clean, had AC, quite a spacious room and clean bathroom. Great for a short stay.

My partner found the bed really uncomfortable, but I didn’t mind too much. They did experience brown outs a couple of times and didn’t have a back up generator. But it was only for 20-30 mins at a time. The distance from the beach is quite a way. There’s an empty hotel next door currently under construction and if you pass through the gates, it’s 2 minutes away. However, there is security on the door. We managed to slip through every time, I think it was just luck. But I imagine that the security might get a bit stricter once the construction is finished, and only allow guests to pass through. Then you have to walk onto the main road and round some back roads to get to the beach (about 10-15 mins) The shower was quite dodgey, boiling hot or freezing cold, so took quite a lot of twisting and turning every couple of minutes, but not the end of the world.

Poor - not like the pictures

The pictures are not what the room was like. Broken shower, and then was told to move room after I had unpacked everything. Stains on the toilet seat. Old TV from the 1980s Rude reception staff who initially lost my booking even though I had booked through the site. They then misled me by saying I could have the walk in rate, then changed their mind at checkout.

Approachable staffs. Kitchen can be used. Good wifi.

It was indicated that the property is beachfront, however, you still have to walk 5 minutes to reach the beach. The road around the property was very rough. It was not smooth going to and from the property. Somehow far from the center, you need to at least walk 15-20 mins to reach the groceries, convenience store, fast food chains, etc. They only provide a small soap and tissue.

Excellent.

The room is very spacious. It can accommodate a family. The water is strong and has a hot and cold. It is near Alona Beach, a few steps if you pass thru the gated compound but the guard do not just let anyone pass. We passed the gate when we decided to have a massage which is located in that gated compound. There are other 2 roads going to the beach, the one is about 150-200 meters from Alona but a little bit dark and not so safe at night and the other one is about 10 min walk passing thru the main road going to the town proper.

The road is a bit rough. What's good is that it did not rain during our stay.

perfect for budget holiday near to the beach

proximity to the beach, excellent and friendly staff. all in all, it’s a perfect place for a budget holiday with super fast internet connection, flatscreen tv, and hot shower.

they should really provide some amenities, at least an electric kettle would make a huge change (although they provide hot water by request but it’s a hassle after a while).

Absolutely Fanstastic

We really find comfort in this place. Very convenient and very approachable staffs. I would really recommend this to every people i know thats traveling to Panglao. Very near to the beach and all eating establishments. Our stay was superb!

Quiet spot almost on the beach. Clean and safe.

staff were very nice/helpful. complimentary coffee was great. Late Ck out on the last day. No extra charges for towels blanket etc. No problem for them to turn on generator when the electricity went out. All good.

Nice staff, decent location but food options are very limited.

Good value for the money.

WiFi on 2nd floor was awful. I moved to 3rd floor and much, much better. No frig or coffee maker in the room so every morning you must walk to a restaurant that has breakfast or at least coffee.

Good stay

Close to the beach (5mins walk) in quite place. The room was big enough. Good wifi, hot water with good pressure. Good AC. The room is a little bit outdated, but pillows and matrace were fine. Good value for the money. You have to ask at the reception to clean your room

The bathroom could be cleaner (I guess its normal asian thing). Not possible to pay by card. The stairs can be too steep for somebody. No fridge.

It was an enjoyable stay. Very accommodating and attentive. Close to the beach front.

Liked how accommodating the hotel was. They were very good at handling requests and attentive to needs. Kudos to all the staff. The room was neat and had options. I used to like hostels but I’m getting old lol so this is a great budget substitute. You have privacy, comfort, and peace.

Not dislike but things that can be improved: Signages from the Main Street for quicker find. Hope amenities like coffee maker or hot water can be provided inside the room so you dont need to request it.

The distance from the highway is about 300 meters. Rough road and a little muddy after a rain. No signage at the highway to indicate location.
