The location is excellent. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the beach, a pharmacy, and several restaurants, making it easy to get everything you need during your stay.
Unfortunately, there were several issues with our stay. Upon entering the room, we noticed a strong moldy smell, which was unpleasant. The curtains were stained and appeared dirty, negatively affecting the overall impression of cleanliness. In addition, there were no proper clothes hangers or hooks in the bathroom for hanging wet clothes, which was inconvenient.We also found black ants in the bathroom, which was quite concerning. Security was another major issue. At around 3:00 a.m., an intoxicated guest was loudly banging on the door of the room next to ours, creating a disturbing and unsettling situation. We had to contact the reception to report the incident.While the staff responded to our concerns and were generally friendly and helpful, this experience left us feeling that the property's maintenance standards and security measures could be significantly improved

This hotel is in a great location and it has a pretty cool bar and open are with pool tables. Staff are nice but the rooms could be better. I rented a scooter that worked great and I had a really good time in Bohol in general.
I stayed in the lower price rooms and it definitely needs some renovations. With few simple things they could be made better and it would be more comfortable to stay there. Also there were regularly insects so make sure you are fine with that before you book.
