Check in was smooth.. ocean view room above the pool was very nice. Great shower with hot water, Safe, mini fridge.. Smart TV(ours unfortunately did not work).. only issue I have with this location is the distance to the beach is roughly 10 minutes. You can use the Henann beach chairs, but you cannot have access to bathrooms or sister resort Alona’s pool.. if you sit anywhere near the front row. You will constantly get hassled by beach vendors …just a fair warning.
This was our second stay at a Henann resort. Both were very nice. But I would say this resort was extra special when it came to the staff. Everyone and I mean, everyone was completely on top of their game and very very nice!!!
