Kasadya is a fantastic villa resort with idyllic villas just behind the hustle and bustle of the main road. The villa remains quiet and peaceful and is a lovely secluded hideaway.
The room was fantastic, so spacious with robes and slippers, a safe and mini bar. The patio is lovely and has a small drying rack for clothes and sofa. The bathroom is also located outside of the actual bedroom but still 100% private with a lovely shower that had excellent water pressure.
The pool and grounds were kept very clean and the pool does actually get quite deep so it is fun for adults and kids to enjoy, with a member of staff always close by to ensure your safety.
The restaurant and bar are very good, offering a wide range of food and drinks that are charged to your room to pay upon check out.
The staff were brilliant and so helpful. We booked our island hopping trip through the hotel and had a fantastic day with our guides, we saw dolphins and sea turtles on our private tour. There are many staff as I believe they are on site 24/7 but there was never a crossover of information. Everything was passed on correctly and there was no miscommunication.
We rented a bike from the hotel and this was quick and simple and we had no problem returning it after check out.

With the bathroom being outside, there were a lot of mosquitoes. My solution was to turn the lights off outside as soon as we were finished. Mosquitoes are to be expected so this is not a hotel issue.

The Villa is superb, staff friendly and attentive and the hotel is near to Alona Beach... BUT there are some distinct downsides.
The big downside for us was that a noisy bird with a tormenting whistle would carry on relentlessly every night between midnight and 4.30am at which time the cockerels started. The villa is quite open, so noise really carries. This meant that despite every beautiful thing about the villa our stay was undone by sleep deprivation. There is also quite a bit of burning off by locals to deal with rubbish, that for asthmatics would be a problem and the eyesore lines the path to the beach. We had a 2 week stay booked here but left early losing money in the process. We found a really lovely quiet and restful place elsewhere on Panglao.
