Tolle Lage, sonst leider ungenügend.

Die Lage des Resorts ist ausgezeichnet.

Leider war der Check-in sehr dürftig. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen im Resort, da wir auch nicht erwartet wurden. Die Buchung ging wohl unter. Das Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. (Wir blieben zwei Nächte). Am Vorabend des Check-out haben wir an der Reception nachgefragt, ob wir morgens um 05.30 Uhr auschecken können. Man hat uns versichert, es sei dann jemand vor Ort. Leider war dies nicht der Fall. Im Restaurant fand sich nur ein Obdachloser (schlafende Person) und wir wurden von Hunden angeknurrt. Leider ist das kein bleibender Eindruck, den wir gerne vom Hotel mitnehmen. Schade.

Zimmerreinigung ist nicht immer durchgeführt worden das mir persönlich nicht immer so gestört hat, handtücher haben wir jederzeit nach erfragen neue bekommen

This was not a bad place to stay, the beach to the side was one of the best beaches in the area.

Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The Best Beach is right by the hotel. Internet service was good. Safe worked as it should.

Top Sheet and blanket were to small for the bed! No chair in the room. Only one small table in the room and that was for the lamp by the bed (and about 2 feet away).

It’s ok but sire and actual is very misrepresented

Close to the beach and accessible

The room we book is not what they gave us … there’s only one shampoo/conditioner/body wash in one. No soap given and they only give one towel per person , no face towel at all . Breakfast start after 8 am , too late if you want to eat before morning your . Staff are friendly but need more training in proper customer care .

Hayahay is a good place to stay in if you are in Bohol for adventure.

We had breakfast at Hayahay Genesis. It was good but costly.

The bedet in our room (Rm.2) is too short. It was very difficult to use. The flasher was not working well. A bad smell comes out and fills the entire toilet. The smell is as bad as from the sewage system.

The room was so spacious, and the bed are so comfortable to lay on.The reception lady is so nice as well.

cleanliness.

- airconditioning needs improvement. it is not that cold - drinking water supply needs to be improved. not sure about the case but I think it would help if they will have a container and dispenser where tenants could freely get water on their own. but nevertheless, they were responsive to our requests.

Room was okay, nothing fancy but the toilet is broken, was charge extra for a hair dryer that was never requested. The beach front of the hotel was full of allergens, could not swim in the entire stay which was 2 days. Food in the entire beach area were terrible, always cold and no taste at all. Maybe it’s just on that area of Bohol, unfortunately I could not recommend it!

Did not reach my expectation on the level of service.

Room was clean

First, we were not properly informed that we will not have any sea view from our room which was what we booked for. We did complain but as per staff that's the room they only have. I mean why put sea view discription if they dont have that? Very misleading. Staff were not very pleasant. They do not allow us to eat any outside food in their tables outside even if we order food from the restaurant along with it. They also declined at first when we asked if we can use their microwave to heat our left over food, even tried to lied about it. Lastly, one staff just went inside our unit with us inside without even knocking our door. Was shocked to see us and just shut the door immediately without apologizing or saying anything.

Room is old and need necessary an update. We didn't take a breakfast in the restaurant because we didn't like the cleanless of the kitchen. We didn't trust it.

Woman at the front desk is fantastic but the service crew for food especially the girls snubs. Lols.

Of course it's front of the sea.

We check in for 9pm. The 1st night of my stay for 3 nights. The aircon didn't work well and the tv and the refrigerator. I didn't sleep well and my father did too. Fortunately, they let us transfer to another room in the morning..

Review for Hayahay@genesis

The location its really very near the beach like as soon as you go out of the resort and beside it is the Hennann resort Staff was very helpful. Very Responsive online/web staff The rooms are clean When we arrived the one of the room given to us was not seaview but they were able to resolve that immediately the next morning. Able to reserve without downpayment and pay when you arrive( this is a very good specially if there are any delays on flights, and unforeseen events

There is no easy access for pick up and drop off. You have to walk 10-15 mins on the sand with no pavement.(hard if you have luggages) The oceanview rooms doesnt really have an ocean view, you will need to go thru the dining place and see the view. The hanging rack outside was rusted already.

Good for a budget friendly accommodation.

it is at beach front so the location is perfect. Room is very big. They have a bidets, great! Credits to the helpful staff who carried our luggages to the hotel. The food is also nice.

The water closet is too high as it is sitting on a pedestal. So for a 5’0” like me, my legs are hanging and swaying from the floor. They don’t have slippers inside. You have to buy from them at 120 pesos. No kettles also. You will need to request from the reception for a warm water.
