The breakfast was ok. Not much variety as for the three morning, I am serving with the same types of food.
Unlike other hotel, this is the first hotel I encountered that the hotel charged the room on arrival and not upon departure. I planned to pay my room rate in cash n got the Thai Bhat ready on departure. Only told that the amount have been deducted from my credit card. I was annoyed as I was not aware and I did not signed on the payment advice slip for credit card. On arrival, the staff did mention about credit card. Due to communication problem, I thought she was telling me that my credit card will be served as security purposes as other hotels did. I did not sign on the payslip. She did ask me to sign on the form which was as usual when you checked into a hotel. This signature which I signed on the form was unlike my signature
on my credit card. Hope they will double confirm with guest in future especially to foreigner guests. Especially the way they did is not the usual way than other hotels I visited so far.
Of couse, I must also learnt from this experience. In future, I should take initiative to double confirm what
is my preference in payment.
