For the price it was great. 2000 baht (about £45) per night for a triple room including breakfast. Clean room ,friendly staff. Plenty of parking space.
Breakfast was not great. The fried eggs were all pre-cooked ages ago and pretty much cold. My Thai partner thought the Thai food was good though. Can't complain though at £45 a night for a triple room including breakfast.

the room was nice.
the whole time we were there, the room was not cleaned once, never got new towels, and the breakfast was always cold.
