Very clean & spacious bed-room. Big variety on breakfast and food regularly topped-up. Waiting staff were Amazing & very alert.
Bath - tub was was marked and chipped. Room-service was good however at times no hand towels were left, only one bath towel was on left one occasion and no tea bag on one occasion. The reception were able to sort this out quickly.

The reception staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout my stay. Specially MARAM, she was always polite, professional and happy to assist with any questions or requests. Her warm and positive attitude made me feel very comfortable and well looked after. Excellent service from herr. She is the main asset to the hotel. A wonderful human being. I will defiently miss her. Thank you Maram for everytbing you have done for me and my son.
Furthermore breakfast was delicious. The houekeeping lady and the man was very friendly and helpful.
Everything was ok.
