It was okay, a little disappointed but a pretty hotel and nice pool area. Security was very kind to help with bags and always greeting.
Housekeeping woke me up multiple times even with do not disturb on, the curtain fell down and took very long to fix I left and when I came back hours later they were still fixing it. No apologies or offering a different room until it is fixed. When I ordered room service their English was very bad and it was such a struggle to order the simple suhoor set menu they offer. I got a few things delivered because the food was not great and it was a mission to receive I did tell them they should inform guests about how difficult deliveries are, they said they do but I was not informed.
