Posto strategico, fronte mare, appartamento pulito e accogliente.
Il prezzo fuori stagione, seconda di settembre mi sembra non adeguato, una volta era compreso il parcheggio non coperto, oggi no, e sei quasi costretto a pagare a parte quello coperto (visto che Francavilla è costellata di striscie blu).

La struttura è bellissima e posizionata perfettamente hai il mare praticamente sotto casa unica pecca che purtroppo siamo stati sfortunati perché il mare non era bellissimo in quei giorni e ci siamo spostati in un altra località…per il resto è un posto tranquillo…
Nella struttura abbiamo notato una perdita dietro il wc durante lo scarico dell’acqua…la tv posizionata in un angolo dove mentre si cena non riesci a vederla

The underground garage makes it nice to be able to get into a cool car. The room has what is needed. Having a washing machine available for use is also beneficial. Air conditioning works well and keeps the room cool.
It would be nice to have a microwave for use and garbage bags for when you take the garbage out.

The apartment is clean and has a great beachfront location
The code for the main entrances did not work properly, which made access to the building inconvenient and frustrating during our stay.
Clean apartment by the sea. Hospitality was nonexistent. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the apartment. There were far too many requirements regarding garbage disposal. During our 5-day stay, the towels, bed linen, and toiletries were not replaced even once. No soap or other basic amenities were replenished. After all, this is a holiday rental apartment, and a higher level of hospitality would be expected
