Very good

The apparment has very high booking rate - over 9, closer to 10 at time of our booking. So I did not check closely location because of that. And the location is the biggest issue of appartment. It would take you about 20 minutes walk to lake or centre. There is no public transport. So - you need to use own transport. Car parking is no problem nearby and on lakeside there is quite big free parking lot. So location is the reason I put only 8 points. All the rest was OK. Be carefull leaving appartment early morning. Keys should be thrown into post box but behind post box is another outer gate - which was locked. But we managed it. Thanks

There were some windows construction works on building during our stay starting around 8 a.m.

Superb

Everything about this apartment..quite area, anything you think about is there..all utensils, washing products, basic cooking products. Spotless apartment and signora giusi is an exceptional host. Very friendly very helpful. So worth the money. Thanks for hosting us.

Just that if the weather is warm you only have fans available and no nets..mosquitos around.

Nice, cozy, clean and well situated with an excellent host.

Giusi is an excellent host and had stocked the apartment with a little food to get us started on our two week stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean and modern, Very good location for visiting Lago Maggiore and surroundings. I hadn't expected the apartment to be so nice and cozy as it was one of the cheapest options available for the period I was there. We even got a little farewell present when we left. I highly recommend this place and suggest you bring a little something from home for Giusi as I felt a little bit guilty for not having anything for her after everything. There were three large fans that made the heatwave (usually over 30° while we were there) bearable.

I really do not want to complain, but the blinds on the balcony were broken and could neither be opened nor lifted.

best place and host :)

Giusi is an amazing host, she was so helpful and kind to us, she is truly the best host I’ve ever met. The apartment looks much better in real life than on the pictures, it’s modern, super clean and very well equipped. We loved everything about it!

Lovely flat

The hostess, Giusi was very friendly and kind. Left some refreshments for us, and gave us a small thank you gift when we left. Flat is exceptionally clean and well located. Will definitely book there again

Exceptional

Absolutely amazing! Lovely, quiet and safe area, only a 15 minute walk from the lake. The apartment is so well kept, everything is clean to the highest standard. The host couldn't be more kind and helpful, she thought of everything you can need for an amazingly pleasant stay! Thank you so much for having us as your guests, we enjoyed our holiday even more thanks to your kindness. I highly recommend staying at this place!

Exceptional

Host was friendly and accommodating! She met us with keys at the apartment and showed us around The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable Great location near Lake Maggiore, the ferry station and convenient to Maloensa airport Good parking and a book of the local restaurants and attractions was provided. We would certainly recommend this property!
