The location was amazing, within the 2 days we stayed there we didn't even move the car (which was parked right under our balcony).

This is clearly one of the best places I have stayed in Tbilisi - good location, nice and helpful host, quiet room, house with history and great view.

Me and my friends spent there 5 days, and to be honest it was very upset when the time has come to move to other place) the owner of the apartment is a very caring and attentive woman

We arrive way before our check-in time and the host let us to leave our luggage at her place and same after check-out (the train was leaving at night so if she disagree we had to take the luggage with us the whole day) without any extra charge, so we don't have to take the luggage with as before/after check-in/check-out, she welcomed us like we were relatives 🙂.
The location is great and if you prefer to walk it is possible to see a lot of places of interest like "Peace bridge", Botanical garden, etc.

Huge place that can sleep several people. There's a little balcony that has a great view of the city because the road is elevated. You'll get a bit of exercise walking back up from the main centre, but that's no bad thing. Host is lively, but she provides all the amenities.
There is just one bathroom so if you're in a large group you'll have to make sure that each of you uses it efficiently. Probably best not to bring a book to the bathroom if that's the case.

if you want place you can feel like home, this should be your first choice , first walking distance city center every thing you want and you looking for is just around you

We really like the terrace with a nice view and that the house is big with 3 big double beds. Also Taruma, the host, is very nice, special, and her hospitality is incredible. She even gave us a trip outside Tbilisi, also help us with the airport shuttle and doing the appointment for the PCR test. We totally recommend this apartment to stay.

We were 12 people and we rented two big apartments with entrances from the same balcony. Transfer from airport was smooth with a bit of sightseeing - it was nice. The hosts talk Russian. We were greeted with a big bottle of homemade wine and chacha - it was a great surprise, than you!
The apartments are big, one of them with nice views over the city from the terrace. Would recommend for groups and families looking for a great location in the heart of old town and those who want to feel the vibes of local lifestyle.
It was a bit cold in one of the apartments first floors. There was only one bathroom per apartment.

Giorgi is so cool guy! He was waiting for us outside the apartment at the time we arrived and welcomed us with some fruits and home-made wine. That was great! He also let us try some good chacha some time later ;)
Apartment is completely new, very clean and comfortable. Ideal for even a longer stay in Tbilisi. The location is perfect - very close to the old town and famous baths.
We also got transport to the airport in the middle of the night for very good price.

Everything ! Location is perfect, apartment is clean and tidy , the most important is hospitality, it exceeds all my expectations. Ruden and Tamuna are best of the best , defently will come back here . If Georgia so only with Tamuna ❤❤❤
