Muy tranquila y limpia y la señora Letty de la limpieza fue muy amable y nos dejó agua y toallas limpias. Excelente servicio.
Lo que no me gustó es que los empleados no dijeron nada cuando una niña se tiraba a la piscina y la mamá la recibía y nos salpicaba el agua en la cara y las reglas no las seguían. Yo tengo una niña con autismo y yo en ningún momento la dejé solo y hacer incomodar a los otros huéspedes.

The overall experience was excellent. The staff (including the front desk, bar, restaurant, and parking lot security guards) were very friendly and helpful whenever needed. The room was clean, tidy, and ready upon arrival. The rooftop bar and pool area were also excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything I ate from the restaurant was DELICIOUS, including the breakfast buffet. I hung out at the bar after work and socialized with the staff. Everyone went out of their way to please the customer, especially Harol, Abigail, Jensen, and Samaria, who were amazing, gave excellent service and were very friendly. The bed was comfortable, wifi was excellent, hot water in the bathroom, mini fridge, elevator worked fine, right next to a mall, and overall, very convenient. I had an issue in my room in the middle of the night and Management resolved it in less than 15 mins. Even the cleaning lady was super friendly. Stellar service. Would come back.
Pillows were hard but then i found a pillow in the closet that was smaller and worked fine for my head. I couldn't hug any of the other pillows while i slept due to their size, so I hugged a thick blanket instead. Problem solved.
