Hotel well locales, Rooms have to be remodeled. The staff in general needs to be be train in how to be costumer oriented.

The hotel has its years but it is well maintained, and the personnel is very diligent and helpful. I had a medicine that needed to be frozen, I asked for help in the kitchen and they helped me immediately! The only thing that l could change is the registration process that was a bit slow. They need more people to attend the registration desk.

Overall for $80,- a night including service fees this is a great deal . Food is pricey but enough restaurants in the area and a great supermarket . Refrain from the hotel salads : I think I got a food poisoning from it

I spent the night here because of a friend's wedding at this hotel. Had to change room twice. First room because bathroom looked deteriorated and 2nd room because AC wasnt working at all. Staff had poor sense of customer service. Never answered when calling to front desk, had to come down and solve the room problem.

This was a duty trip with meetings in the hotel. This hotel is relatively good value for money, as it is not too expensive. The staff is friendly, and the conference accommodations are very good. The bar and some outside entertainment areas are also recently updated and in very good shape. The room I was in was outdated, with very old and dirty-looking carpet, and the bathroom was old with moldy areas

first room at check inn stink like old gym, then ask to change the room and this one smelled better, although some furniture and the bathtub needs a extreme make over. Also at breakfast I could see the food tongs' handle were turn apart...how could the inside kitchen could look...

The beds are comfortable and nice. Breakfast is excellent but everything is very expensive in the Hotel. I would recommend crossing the street to a convenient store to buy snacks, water... Staff helpful and friendly. But for the price you pay, it should be nicer and more clean.

great looking hotel! however, check-in took longer than 30 minutes, they could not find my reservation even tho I provided my reference number. the front desk clerk took my passport to the back office finally coming back after 30 minutes to confirm my reservation. I did not like that since it was my diplomatic passport. The room was well organized and otherwise clean it just smelled damp. wifi was not as strong as advertised, it would disconnect and connect often. except in the bathroom where it worked phenomenally. for dinner at the restaurant it took 30 minutes before anyone asked me if I at least wanted a drink or provided a menu. it took another 15 minutes to take my order and another 30 minutes to get my food. that was the first night. only visited the restaurant again for breakfast, which was included in the reservation. the pool was not available, it was being worked on. the staff was very pleasant, the front desk was equally as pleasant, the business center representative was very friendly and access to taxis was very good as well. by the way, my room had an amazing view of Cristo Picacho!! Best part of the room was the view of the city.

If you have to stay in Tegucigalpa, you want a hotel that has everything you would want without having to leave the immediate area and this hotel does. Great friendly staff as well with souvenir and grocery shops right across the street. Room was very comfortable. Internet system was a bit annoying to navigate throughout the hotel, but other than that, i enjoyed my stay.

The only thing missing was America TV Channels. Other than that, it was an excellent place to stay and one that I will be visiting again.
