We had a very nice stay here. Thefree breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety as well as an omelet station. The pool is located on the floor where the bar is which we were not thrilled about. We did not go in the pool for that reason. If you want a good variety of food for lunch or dinner you need to eat at the restaurant on the first floor. The restaurant up on the terrace dis not have a large selection of food, but what we ate was very good. The rooms were very clean and the bed nice and comfortable.

I love the hotel in it entirety. The only thing I didn’t like was that the television was not working in my room & notified front desk about it from the first day. They said they was going to send someone to fix it & they never showed up. I went to the front desk again & I let them know & still nobody showed up.

Room #210 The Hotel and room was alright,, The breakfast was top notch, exelente...! But just one big mistake at the front desk.... I left my room for a few minutes to do some shopping around the place, ... when I come back I have found someone else in my room !!! Yep.. big mistake !! When I have left my luggage, passport in it.. Yes I went to front desk to found out whats going on .. The guy ( didn't catch his name ) toll me that new customer He went to a wrong room and someone else from Hoyel stuff open room to him.. I'm not sure if I want stay there again... it could been worse if someone opens my room door and found me naked with my girlfriend !!!! Hotel can contact me for further details.. habla Spanish too.

Location great , service , breakfast , the front desk and maids, restaurant waitresses all very helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Food was very good. We will definitely return

This is a great hotel. For the price I paid it was admirable and on a par with hotels a star higher that I've stayed in. Room was large with plenty of electrical sockets at desk and bed for recharging, It is super quiet (my room faced the Multiplaza mall rather than the road) and had lovely view of teh city. bed very comfy, wifi great, large bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice comfy lobby. Best of all the restaurant and breakfast was wonderful (buffet when hotel full or cook to order at quieter times from wide selection of options).Bar was stylish and not expensive. Went to nearby Clarion bar/restaurant (4 stars) and it was nowhere as nice or stylish. Huge supermarket in basement selling everything from wine to snacks. Easy large parking area. MultiPlaza Mall across the road has many cafes and a huge food court for eateries, even a cinema. I loved my stay here and would definitely return.

Clean, people from the restaurant was nice, food was great. Nearby many areas. We could not use the pool because of the maintenance, I was afraid of the rooms because I read a few reviews, but it exceeded my expectations. I Would stay again.

Great place to stay, friendly professional, staff, great restaurant and bar. Room is spacious but a lil out dated, shower curtain and rod not properly installed, water mess everytime shower used. Iron in the room but no ironing board, missing ice container, had to track down house keeping to get one. Other than that…a great place to stay.

First of all, there is no one to help with the luggage. The 3 receptionists were very nice when we arrived. Since we had several legal things to do in the city, we left our stuff in the room, but realized that the room was old, not very clean and smelled bad in the bathroom. We turned on the air conditioning and checked out. After 7 hours we returned to the hotel and realized that the air conditioning was not working. We asked for another room and the receptionist was not nice at all. We were given another master room, a bit smaller than the first one, very poor, not very clean and with a smelly bathroom. We asked for another room but the receptionist, who was a man, denied our request. He was not nice, very rude, he said there were no rooms available and we had no options. We were not happy at all.

One of the beds in the room was dirty. Lots of hair in the sheets ans sheets looked dirty. Thank goodness there was a second bed in the room I could use.

I would recommend this hotel. It’s location is perfect and accessible. Any hotel in the vicinity is 3-4x more than this hotel, the value for what you get is excellent. It is an older hotel. But well maintained. They exchange dollars to lempiras at the hotel, the breakfast is a superb buffet style breakfast included. The staff accommodated my family in multiple occasions during our week stay with various requests we had. I was very impressed. The parking is secure with guards 24/7 and the gate closing after 11 pm. Yes the toilets and shower got clogged a couple of times. Yes the AC is old School. Yes the water pressure went out one day. And yes the waiters at the restaurant hate their lives after 8 pm (they aren’t happy to be working and don’t shy away from it). (Hence why it’s not 5 stars), but for all the rest of its positives, it was a solid 4 star Good experience and I would stay here again.
