A very pleasant place to stay and the accessibility to all the amenities around the property.

The staffs were accessible whenever we need something by phoning their central office. Having a very late flight, the staffs had been very helpful by keeping our luggages in one of their luggage room.

The distance of the luggage room from the property where we are staying is a bit far and it became problematic for one of our friend who has difficulty in walking.

perfect location in Lisbon

the location is perfect, close to Vasco da gama shopping, to the central station and metro. House has everything you need and is well decorated.

the garbage was not empty, the bed on the sofa was not ready and there was no shampoo or shower cream (not mandatory I know but always nice to have)

Disappointing

The location is fantastic.

We were 3 adults and a 1yo baby. we came to the building at the agreed time and were allowed in by someone living in the building. As we were waiting on the Lobby, a security guard came and threw us out. Saying that according to the rules we were not allowed in, even if we had a small baby and it was not getting cold and quite windy outside… we were then forced to wait outside until someone came to let us in. regarding the apartment, it had been a quite warm warm day and even with AC on full blast, it took a minute to become comfortable. It was, also, quite different from the photos, not as cozy and inviting. Not worth the money.

it was okay. we were not impressed.

the location was great for “modern” Lisbon.

the air didn’t work. we thought we’d die of heat exhaustion. it made for a pretty restless night and to add to it we had a 7 a.m. flight. this apartment is definitely only for four people, no more.

Pictures are deceiving, most probably the worse place I’ve stayed in.

The location and the fact the company has accepted our request to check out earlier than planned

We had a 30 day booking, however really had to check out early, due to how uncomfortable we felt throughout our stay.Here is a list of things that actually have been missed during our stay: Major -If you’re checking in during the summer months be aware that the house is extremely extremely hot and the ac doesn’t work. The windows in the bedroom are shut and impossible to open, so if you’re working from home or plan on staying home during the day... it is a sauna with a nice view basically. - We travel with young children, yet we were never informed that there are no safety provisions at all, no child safety locks anywhere & the balcony is on a 9th floor with wide open gaps, so we had to move the furniture in order to block the door which opens to the balcony. No first aid kit available. Wondering if it’s even legal to rent a place without appropriate safety measurements in place. -The oven door didn’t shut properly leaving a 4 inch gap, the representative insisted that even though it did not shut properly it was still functional and suggested we’d use the oven as is.... after a lot of negotiation (and explaining that we have a 1 year old child and we can’t cook with an open oven door) they’ve accepted to exchange the oven. - The lack of hygiene and the amount of dirt we found was shocking, from heavy mold in the bathrooms to used condoms under the sofa, a soiled bedroom rug (which was immediately taken to be cleaned and never returned)... to name a few. - cleaning was offered but never done, a lady showed up saying that she came to set the baby’s bed up and left without cleaning. - the floor board have wide gaps and loose wood, which resulted in a cut on my son’s foot. Minor things - broken vacum cleaner (was replaced) -no hangers (the rep brought us some) -master bathroom jacuzzi didn’t work, but we didn’t need so ok -the ironing boards are small travel ones with no legs so if you wish to iron your clothes you must do it on the floor or on a table.
