The emplacement is really great. Very near the Castle.
I saw lots of comment on the spin stairs to climb to the rental rooms and ... well it's a mirror of the district we chose to stay in. It definitely got a Mediaval vibes but not hard, with regular steps and quite wide.
Did not use the kitchen appliances but the fridge didn't make any noise (and yes, it was on).
Great indications to find the flat.

The flat is in need of refreshments. The mattress of the sofa bed is full of bumps, the floor is in need of repair, chairs are unstable (one quite badly), and the bath tube is slippery (my mum did slip).
But on a global scale, it's alright for a couple of nights.

The location was excellent
It's a 5 floor walk up with a very dark, tight spiral staircase, we are a family with 3 heavy suitcases it was just unsafe taking them up and down. I'd avoid if elderly or have mobility issues. I've stayed in worse though.

The location was amazing, and it had such character. It was a fantastic base to go exploring from and be able to walk to most places easily.
The shower wasn't great, it didn't have enough pressure so it was a bit of a dribble.

Its in city center.
No lift, old building. No sound proofing so you can hear the floor above us.spiral staircase is not very convenient for us because we have an elderly.
