Nothing.

A fantastic location right on the beach, surrounded by ancient trees. Managers Shawn and Janine create a very welcoming and warm atmosphere and went out of their way to find a way to change my booking, as the fare at the beach was too noisy during my stay due to the strong wind. I will definitely come back.
The beach fares are wonderful when the weather is nice. When it's windy and rainy, they're very dark, noisy, and drafty because of the shutters.

This was the most beautiful place I stayed in Vanuatu - the beach in front is fantastic and the beautiful boardwalks to the hotel rooms give you the real jungle feeling! It's also quiet and clean. The food is very good (even though small portions) kayaks and standup paddle boards are for free to explore the wonderful lagoon! I LOVED it there!!!
Nothing! :) The location is fantastic, and by this I also mean: remote! If you go here, you better have a car! (but this also makes the place great: it's quiet, out of town, and all you need, you can buy here, like food and drinks) It'll take you 20-30 min back to town, but this is also the distance you safe, when you want to go north (blue holes, champagne beach). The roads are really okay for self driving! If you order a taxi, it will be quite expensive. I also went diving from here, with a car: no problem! Bikes are free to use and you can reach at least Riri Blue Hole with bikes - for the rest I recommend a car! I'd love to come back!

Nice location
The management overcharged my credit card twice to the tune of $5000 dollars. When I asked for a refund, they refunded me on Vanuatu dollars instead of my currency leaving me short around $300 dollars. When I asked them to give me the rest, the response was, that’s a you problem, not an us problem. They shouldn’t be managing a venue that takes bookings from international clients. On top of that, the wind was non stop. The only place to hide was the room, making our stay at a beach resort pointless. Don’t visit from June to September (the windy months). And maybe find another place that knows how to do basic bookkeeping. Also, the bikes we rode, the brakes fell off one of them. They need put some money into the facilities if they are going to charge top dollar.
