Absolute Paradise in Santo! Tides Reach Beach House is truly exceptional and perfectly laid out for three couples or two families. The sheer size of the property and the generous spacing throughout every area make it feel incredibly open and comfortable. The immaculately manicured gardens are stunning, and it’s clear that every single detail has been thought of. Whether you are relaxing in the outdoor lounge and dining setups, using the BBQ, enjoying the deck, or taking out the kayaks, everything is set up for an effortless stay. They’ve even considered practical touches like the outdoor shower and having both undercover and open-air clotheslines. The main house features soaring roof heights and expansive room, with wooden louvers and mosquito screens on all the windows that let the tropical ocean breeze flow through seamlessly. It gives you the wonderful sensation of being right on the open water while feeling completely comfortable and secure. We have now stayed here twice and cannot recommend Paul as a host enough, along with Megan, who is an incredible property manager and true island expert. Make sure you go snorkeling with "Best snorkeling in Santo Vanuatu and turtles/dugongs spotting " trip highlight We have stayed here as 2 couples and a family 6 adults 2 kids and then as adult family of 5 adults. We can't wait to come back!

Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful view. Comfortable. Absolutely everything and more that you could need or want.

The whole set up at Tides is excellent. From the communication with Paul at the start to meeting Megan (the onsite manager) to leaving it was flawless. The property and its location is exceptional. You will not find a better place. We had the best time and will be back!
