From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Staff were very kind, courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, we had an issue with the Air Con but the staff solved it quickly. It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel and I will come again.
Air didnt work on our first arrival but the staff quickly resolved the issue.
