Bilik bersih dan selesa, ada private pool anak pun suka. Ada masalah untuk bilik saya di tingkat 17. Kami stay untuk 3 hari 2 malam. Hari pertama chek in, sehingga malam hari tiada jumpa semut charlie. Esoknya hari kedua, pagi pagi jumpa 7 ekor semut charlie. Di lantai area sinki, sebelah bathtub, dalam almari, dalam toilet, dan ada yang tiba2 muncul semasa saya iron baju suami. Atas baju suami saya. Terus rasa takut nak pijak mana2 kena berhati2. Staf ada suruh call jika jumpa semut charlie. Jadi saya maklumkan pada staf dan request tukar bilik. Dapat tukar bilik di tingkat 22. Alhamdulillah di bilik tingkat 22 tak jumpa pula semut charlie. Saya dah sedia maklum tentang semut charlie ni sebelum menempah. Jadi saya ok je.. Asalkan ada tindakan dari staf untuk melindungi guest selepas aduan dibuat, itu sudah cukup bagus.
Staf macam tak cukup pada sebelah petang masa tu. Hanya seorang staf perlu layan guest yang dah beratur panjang. Tak tahu kenapa. Guest lain terpaksa menunggu dan berdiri lama sangat2. Mujur saya orang kedua beratur.

Room was spacious and neat for family of 4 but the pool in the room was a bit murky when we checked in.. Breakfast was ok with variety of food to choose from but can surely be improved. Facilities were great. They have good range of free activities for family

Lovely room
The location. Polluted beach and sea. Absolutely scruffy beach, area. No bars or restaurants.
