Once you pull into the covered parking, there is really no need to drive for the rest of your stay. With a 2-3 minute walk you can arrive at the Tybee Island Pier, the Breakfast Club, or any of the shops and restaurants on Tybrisa. For those seeking adventure, there are several recreational kiosks selling activity packages and/or renting bikes/kayaks/boats/jetskis. On the inside, our condo offers all of the comforts of home with a full kitchen and dining table featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils for cooking and serving. There are 2 big screen televisions, the largest being 47' in the main room. The master features a King size bed and private bath, the second bedroom has queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full and a twin bed. The living room also has a pull-out sleeper sofa.

This property was exactly how the listing stated and the walk to the ocean was absolutely perfect. House was clean and comfortable. Property manager was accessible if anything was needed and communicated with us every step of the way. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This location is close to several restaurants, shops, and the beach. While the view from the balcony isn't that great, and you can hear singing from the bars, it was overall a wonderful place to stay. The master bed was very comfortable and clean. We did need to clean a ceiling fan in one of the rooms (as my daughter is allergic to dust), but we would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I have been going to Tybee the last three summers, and this was by FAR our best stay yet! The condo was very clean and cozy and it couldn’t be in a better spot. We are huge fans of the restaurants (and the cocktails) and everything was within walking distance. I will be coming back to this spot next summer for sure!

Very nice place to stay, close to beach, walking distance to lots of places to eat and drink. We had a problem with the tv, we called Jody and he came right away to replace it. If i ever go again would definitely stay there.

To be honest, the pictures do not do the condo justice. It looked really nice online, but in person it’s absolutely amazing. The location can’t be beat! We stayed with my parents who are very difficult to please, and tend to find something wrong with everything, but they said this was the best place ever. 😊 We definitely hope to return in the near future! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!❤️

We had an amazing stay in Jody's condo. The condo was very clean and spacious. My husband & I went with my mother, my sister, & my sister's teenage son. We could have easily had 2 more with us. The condo is in a perfect location on Tybee Island with lots of great restaurants, bars, & shopping within an easy walk. The best part of the location is definitely the proximity to the beach & the Tybee Island pier. Even though it was a very busy time, while inside the condo, we never heard anything outside. We didn't hear anyone beside or above us either. It's also wonderful to have 2 parking spots. The spots are large & covered. We also can't forget that we were only a short drive to the most beautiful & interesting city in the South - Savannah is only a 20 min drive. Between Savannah & Tybee, it's impossible to get bored. We had one hiccup our first night, but Jody was there to fix it THAT very night! He was incredibly responsive every time we spoke with him. Next time we go to Tybee, I will definitely check for availability at Jody's condo first.

The condo was perfect! This was my 3rd stay in that condo for the run fest. The exterior of the complex needs some TLC and the downtown area of Tybee seems to have become neglected and in need of attention. Maybe bc of Covid? I haven’t been to Tybee since 2017. It’s sad bc that is such a neat area!

The property was nicely furnished and in a great location. I gave it only three stars due to inaccurate contact information both online and in the handbook on site, communication issues with the owner, cockroaches in the kitchen, and a barely operable elevator.

Pelican Landing 105 is a great place to stay!! Really enjoyed the comfort , affordability, and location of the condo. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all amenities necessary for a great stay, especially the ice maker! We also enjoyed the balcony as it made for great conversation and people watching. The TVs were top notch!! Our only concern was the fact that the bathtubs, being very slick, would benefit with the installation of grab bars as the rubber bathmats were "hidden" in the bathroom vanity. Overall we hope to return to this unit!!!!

Our family of four stayed at Jody's apartment On Tybee Island. It had all of the amenities that we were after and best of all was only a few minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything that we needed if we decided to eat in and the apartment was a short walk to a whole lot of dining options if we wanted to eat out. Often all we wanted to do was veg out after a day at the beach and the apartment was very comfortable for doing that. All in all it was a great place, great location and Jody was a great host. If we go back to Tybee again we would have no hesitation in booking there again.

Condo was well stocked, had comfortable modern furnishings and was very clean. There is no hose outside to clean beach off before coming inside so keeping it clean is a challenge. The condo is in an ideal location with easy access to everything. We have already booked it again for next year. Be aware that the pool is next door and not part of the facility. The pool was clean and very comfortable but right in the center of another busy unit. The balcony has lovey furniture and very comfortable but overlooks a parking lot. I still had my coffee out there each morning and will do so next year.
