It’s right in the centre of Ilford. 2 minutes away from the Exchange Mall.
Amazing staff who always welcome me with a smile.
In the heat, there is no air conditioning. Nice fans were provided though and the rooms had sufficient ventilation.

We were very pleased with the staff, very friendly and try their best to help us. We had a nice clean bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. We had a very handy fridge. Considering current situation , the room was value for money.
Room size was reasonable, not much air circulation. No fan was available but once requested delivered next day, good service.

Nothing to be precise cos I was moved to a different property and did not end up staying at Lucky 8 that I booked through Bookings.com
The property I was moved to was not good enough. I had a terrible experience.
