The hotel and room smelled lovely, very clean and tidy.
There was a very strong smell of air freshener in the room when we first go there. I was nice just a little too strong. The room was quite hot too but there was a fan so it wasn't a problem

Convenient location and cheap if you just want to stay a few days. Decent breakfast
Don't go in the summer! Room was scorching hot and the fan provided didn't do enough

Close to the tube, friendly service, good coffee
The hotel clearly used to be a residential building, so soundproofing between floors is minimal.
Don't expect thick ceilings -if your upstairs neighbors are walking around or having a party, you'll hear every single footstep.

The location is very close to the underground and was close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were courteous and very very helpful.
The unpleasant smell of cooking that was in the room, the noise from the fans on the roof in the middle, outside the window at least that stopped at midnight. Being woken up at 4.30 in the morning by an amorous couple above me.
