Such friendly staff, super helpful. Sauna and spa were amazing after a long day of travelling. Due to light bookings, had my own dorm room, which was amazing. Super clean bathrooms and kitchen, with a few freebies that people had left behind. Great chalk board in common space highlighting things to do in the area. Free wifi. Nice fire in the common space.
Nothing comes to mind...would have been nice to have the coffee that I saw on the listing, but absolutely understand why it wasn't running during late Winter/early Spring.

Manager is so lovely and was very helpful, the rest of the staff are super friendly, shared areas are spacious and clean, room was nice, really recommend!

It was okay for a two night stay, close to the Main Street, a night n day and the whale watching activity. The bed was comf & the room was clean. There is a sauna & a pool (pool is summer only though)
There are no lockers in the room, limited power outlets, no bedside lamp, no curtains around the bed (didn't matter too much for me, because I had the room to myself), bathrooms/showers less than average, kitchen needs a re-do.
