It felt like a home - very welcoming and clean with a very user friendly and generous kitchen. Lovely log fire and couches. Fantastic views and right in town. Lots of useful kitchen items if you are travelling light. Bed was super comfortable (I booked a room to myself)
I felt the number of toilets and showers were a bit low, especially if the lodge was full. I would not have wanted to wait too long for the toilet (only saw 2 toilets and 2 showers). I never encountered a problem personally though. Lots of products left behind though so very generous if you are travelling light.

Fantastic view from the terrace, friendly host, great location, shared areas are well equipped
There was no shelf at all in our private room, mattress was not convenient enough

Great location, nice back packers, seemed clean, and the host was lovely and friendly.
Having to share a bathroom, but that was my fault for not reading the listing properly!
