Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Great location!. Nice owner / manager. Cafes below building.

No AC in living room. (Only in Bedroom). Hot in the bathroom as well. Freezer drawers broken.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment close to lots of cafes and restaurants.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Lots of cafes and restaurants only a short walk away as well as buses and trams to get to different parts of Rome. Erika was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

The building has a lift but it drops you half way between floors so you still have about 10-12 steps to carry your luggage up or down depending on your floor. A second pillow for each person would have been good. A slight bad drain smell in the bathroom and the shower leaked quite badly. A shame the previous patron had broken the door on the washing machine but at least there was a laundromat just around the corner.
