Just a note that we have stayed in various Villas in the Sanur area over quite a few years, so we are aware of what is available in the area and prices. We were met at the airport and had free transfer to the villa. The Villa itself is in a great location for easy access to beach and restuarants. Villa was spotlessly clean and we had cleaning staff every day to make sure all was in order for us. Great choice of breakfast items and this was delivered to our villa each morning at a time specified by us. Breakfast was delicious !!!! Whilst we did not do any cooking, the villa is quite well equipped if you wanted to do any self catering. The pool is awesome. Very large pool and beautifully clean. Great aircon in all the rooms and very comfortable bedding. The inside living/dining area was very spacious and comfortable lounge for watching TV later in the evening. One of the highlights of this villa is the staff. Every single staff member was so friendly and accomodating. We had taken blowup floating rings for the pool with us and when staff saw my husband trying to blow up manually came back straight away to do it with a pump for him. I also had need of a doctor during our stay and this was organised for us as well by Ode. We were a family group and the villa was perfect for us. I highly recommend this place and we would certainly stay again. Also just want to mention that photos online are great but the actual place is better than pics

We booked Bamboo Moon as our first stop on Bali with our three kids and this Villa was really one of the best stays on our entire Bali trip (and we saw a lot within 5 weeks)! Really, we would always book Bamboo Moon again!
The view of the kites on the beach from the pool area was already an experience on its own!
The Villa is super clean, the kids loved the pool, all the staff is so kind and friendly! And the daily breakfast was really great!
Everything is as shown on the pictures or better. 😊
And a special shout out to Ode! He picked us up at the Airport without asking for it and even helped us with some oil from his own stock to cure an insect bite of our youngest son. We then had a lovely daytrip to our next Villa in Ubud, stopping at a wonderful waterfall and ricefields! After some days in Ubud, the kids asked us if we could ask Ode again for the next transport to Munduk because he was so cool and nice 😊. And guess what, we did another trip with Ode, eating local lunch together and stopped at a nice temple! We did not expect that but we found more of a friend than a „Villa manager“!

Overall we had a good stay ay Bamboo Moon Villas. The staff are exceptional, always smiling and willing to assist with anything. The location is good with many restaurants/warungs 5-10 mins walk. The villas are situated next to an elementary school which starts at 7am. It can be noisy but also lovely to hear the kids singing every morning.
Could maybe be more aware of keeping a check on maintenance before having to be told.
