Villa was well set out with pool in middle and direct sunlight for most of the days. Many shaded and lounge areas were availble, bedrooms were spacious, villa manager was very nice and accomodating, staff were nice and kept out of sight but avaialbe when needed. Overnight securtiy was present, not that we felt unsafe at any time.
Daily breakfast was prepared by staff, toast was only cooked on one side and cold but eggs, bacon and indo breaky were nice.
Generally this Villa would not be suitable for eldertly or any person with mobility issues due to many factors:
Entrance: - Very steep steps, but side entrance thru garage was usable and easlity accessable
Bathrooms: all 3 downstairs bathrooms had showers over baths, which were raise off the floor at over 100cms, which proved quite dangerous due to the hight of the step for entry. The bath itself was extremely slippery once able to get in, This issued forced some guest to shower in the stones/garden area with the hand held fawcet. Not pleasant at all. Be very carefull of this when selecting this villa.
Kitchen: This is is desperate need of a at least a through clean and new sick area, if not an entire refit. The constant smell that radiated from this area was extremely unpleasant. The sink was putrid, probably where the smell was coming from.
Overall the entire Villa requires a "good deep clean" and some modifications of the bathrooms for safer showering.

Ambience, size, and staff were amazing.
Tini and the team made us so comfortable and welcome.
Just a short stroll to the beach restaurants bars and shopping.

Good location, short walk to the beach through a lane way. Staff were attentive and always available with security overnight. Beds are very large.
Overall it’s a good stay and I would stay again.
Breakfast daily which was very good and we enjoyed the American breakfast and it didn’t upset our stomachs.
damp smell in top bedroom and stairs and deck abit unsteady.
Should have milk available to make tea on your own and kitchen smells of gas.

Spacious, modern, nice pool, very comfortable beds. The villa itself is beautiful. Nice and polite staff who honestly want to be super helpful.
When we were there for a night to have our friends enjoy a villa in private, it was unexpected, imposing and uncomfortable to have the villa manage and staff wait on us and not allow us privacy. It was mentioned to me afterward because of the current protocols and sure enough a government official came at night to inspect our party, but had we known of the requirement we would have looked elsewhere. I felt the communication was poor around that.
Also, the villa is charged by the number of rooms being used, and it ends up being very costly to have the entire villa that can’t even be fully private. It was already costly as it is. I understand it may be a unique time during Covid that this is happening, but I was not happy with the situation.
My suggestion for the management is to be clear and upfront about the guests’ expectations when booking the villa, especially as the regulatory situation evolves.
