The property was clean, well maintained and set back from the busy streets. It had all the comforts we needed. A beautiful private pool , air conditioning in the bedrooms, clean comfortable sitting and dining area .
There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

We went to reception and booked in, after which we were taken to our beautiful suite and garden and shown around. All was explained in a welcoming fashion.
Staff were pleasant and welcoming.
The suite was completely private, beautiful and had its own swimming pool which we used daily.
The spa was beautiful and private and the staff very competent and pleasant- best massage of our holiday.
We absolutely loved this hotel and it’s hard to say without sounding picky.
Food could have been tastier but it’s hard to cater for different tastes.
We had come from north Bali and enjoyed the quieter, more authentic vibe of the area and the charm of the local people. Sanur is more touristy and noisy so was not our favourite location, however, the hotel is set back and you would not know you were in the centre of Sanur, so it was like a sanctuary!

Fresh fruit juices and fruit platter, Indonesian and European range of food choices (ten or was it twelve on the menu). Ability to have food delivered to the villa or walk to the restaurant.
There were no complaints at all.
