The Villa was lovely, spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast delivered to our villa daily was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was relaxing and we were very well cared for. The Icon mall just a short stroll away and the beautiful beach at the end of the lane. Endless options for dining on the boardwalk, great location.
The only minor drawback was the noise of the motorbikes in the laneway. They started zooming past our villa very early (5am). Completely out of the control of the Villa management but annoying non the less. Overall we loved our stay.

we were greeted by staff on our arrival which was after 9,00pm and shown to the villa everything was explained
we found the lighting was a little dull if we needed to do something that needed a bit brighted light.

Great location
No atmosphere, no thermostat working on aircon in villa, lifting and rooting decking boards. We got back to our villa and our pool chairs had been taken with ghastly cushions left and NO communication. As we were leaving people were arriving and were offered a welcome drink, we weren’t no a night but it come down to the inconsistency of the service. And when I mentioned I’d been ripped off my money changer in street would it be worth reporting to police staff memebr sniggered and said yes we know they aren’t good so why would you mention as you check in not to use as good service thinking outside just ticking a box on a form as that’s how the how stay felt like they were ticking boxes
