Staying at Hotel Heritage House felt more like being a guest in a royal home rather than just another hotel. From the moment I entered, the ambiance and décor gave a warm and welcoming vibe. The interiors reflect heritage beautifully, and you can really feel the history in every corner of the property.
The staff made my stay even more special. They were not just professional but genuinely caring and attentive. Every request was handled quickly with a smile. I spent some time relaxing in the common areas, and the peaceful environment made it perfect to unwind.
The overall experience was calm, comfortable, and memorable. I would definitely love to come back again and spend more time here.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Heritage House and it truly exceeded my expectations. The property has a beautiful traditional charm that reflects the heritage feel perfectly, yet it is maintained with modern comfort in mind. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated with attention to detail. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help, whether it was arranging local transport or suggesting places to visit.
One thing I really appreciated was the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. It felt like a calm retreat away from the busy city. The food was also very good, especially the breakfast, which had a good variety and tasted fresh. Overall, the hospitality and service made my experience memorable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and culturally rich stay.

Literally a Heritage home. Very helpful, attentive and friendly staff, good dinner and breakfast. Courtesy pickup and drop, arranged bike rentals. Definitely recommend.
Bed linens could be newer.

The property is beautiful, well-built, and located very close to the fort and main attractions. It’s in the main city yet away from the usual traffic noise.
Cleanliness was below expectations with dust on the window shades and even hair on the blanket. Noise was a big issue at night from both guests in the lounge and the restaurant above our suite.
