nice place to stay here, excellent desert camel tours. Nice restaurant and top deck. Helpfull staff, a great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at Pleasant Haveli. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and full of authentic haveli atmosphere, which makes the stay feel special and unique.
The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always making sure everything was comfortable and well organized.
A real highlight is the rooftop restaurant — excellent food, great service, and beautiful views. A perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Jaisalmer. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning of our stay the staff were so warm, welcoming and very helpful. We also organised a non-tourist Camel Safari through them, which was a thoroughly enjoyable and well-managed trip.
Our room was very clean, comfortable, attractive, and well maintained.
The restaurant serves excellent food, and we enjoyed many lovely meals while enjoying the amazing views from the rooftop. We had a wonderful stay and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is good. Easy access to all touristic places. For solo traveller, it would be good
The staffs in Restaurant were very slow and understaffed; the rooms are comparatively small wrt to room cost, power backup is slow to come to play
