Incredible location near the heart of Barrio Escalante, but without any of the noise of the crowded restaurants. Super helpful staff, they welcomed us late at night and helped us with parking and taking us to our room. Facilities are clean and well kept. Breakfast was very nice, too. We only stayed for one night but it was just what we needed and the hotel met all expectations and then some.

The location was great, situated in a safe neighborhood. My room was changed to a better one than I had initially placed (due to nonfunctioning toilet)
The room was fairly basic and lacked some comforts. Unfortunately, an unavoidable 5 a.m. wake-up call came courtesy of the nearby trains, whose incessant horn honking could be heard despite earplugs!

Location was great for what we needed, options for breakfast are good for the price. The selling of basic toiletries is very handy!
ceiling fan was a bit noisy and di not have option to select speed.
