Nice, safe, convenient, quiet, clean. Simple no frills place
The bathroom is tiny with only cold water in the sink, but there are rooms with bigger more comfortable bathrooms

Nice building and location. Street parking only and no watchman. We phoned hotel directly and a gentleman answered saying there were no rooms available. We then booked through Booking, arriving to find the hotel empty. As a former hotel owner I have experienced a similar situation when the staff can't be bothered to take a reservation. They simply say the hotel is full. However the lady who checked us in was pleasant and professional. I get the impression that the owners have lost interest in the hotel.
Onsite parking! Or street parking with watchman.
