The location was brilliant. In the centre of the old town cobbled pedestrian area. The owner met us at the parking garage and took our bags to our apartment. The parking garage is about 500 m away. At the same location is another set of apartments with a lovely pool with sun beds which we really enjoyed.
Not really a dislike because we had the best of both worlds. Living in the old town and having use of a pool. But it does mean a bit of a walk.
The balcony has a lovely view over the lakes and cobbled streets. However the only sitting area inside is dining chairs and a small futon.

Air conditioning didn’t quite reach the bedrooms enough as it is in the hallway but the heat wasn’t unbearable
Decor a little dated but clean and functional
Due to its central location there was a bit of noise from drunk people late at night but it wasn’t for very long and mainly on the weekend

Amazing location right in the centre of the old town in Malcesine. The apartment was cool and comfortable. The pool is a short walk away in another apartment complex but it was nice to go there to cool down and lie on the sun loungers.
Not much... I guess it was missing a cheese grater, but we survived 😁.

Location and terrace were great - air conditioning a real bonus. Useful car garage for car close by.
Nothing but be prepared to climb stairs as in attic - owner was very helpful and helped with luggage
