Skvělý apartmán, který je ve skutečnosti ještě hezčí a působí větší než na fotografiích. Ubytovatelka Bruna vám ochotně všechno vysvětlí a je k dispozici, pokud potřebujete poradit. Je třeba počítat s tím, že apartmán se nachází vedle rušnější silnice. To ale bohatě vynahrazuje krásný výhled na hrad a hory z terasy.

Appartamento luminoso, ampio anche nella versione con una camera, e molto arioso.
Piccolo kit di benvenuto: gradito.
La pulizia è impeccabile, raramente ho trovato appartamenti così ben puliti.
Prezioso ed ottimo il parcheggio al coperto, raro nella zona, protetto da due cancelli.
La casa è a ridosso del centro storico e dunque del lago, tutto raggiungibile comodamente in pochi minuti a piedi. Dall'altro lato della strada si trova un ampio supermercato molto ben fornito.
L’appartamento è dotato di condizionatore al costo di 5€ al gg; questo viene ribadito dall'host prima dell'arrivo ed è specificato su Booking ma a mio parere, dovrebbe essere incluso nel prezzo come gli altri elettrodomestici forniti.
Le dotazioni della cucina sono minimali ma sufficienti, visto che il piano induzione è "strano", se si aumenta la potenza di un fornello si diminuisce un altro.
La posizione della casa: croce e delizia. La casa viene pubblicizzata come in via Parrocchia, ma in realtà quello è l'ingresso all'area parcheggio, poiché la casa si trova fisicamente sulla Gardesana, a ridosso di una stazione bus ed un bar aperto fino alle 2 di notte. Il rumore è costante ed intenso anche con gli infissi totalmente chiusi. La Gardesana è una strada estremamente trafficata percorsa da ogni mezzo, i bus sostano a tutte le ore e d’estate restano col motore acceso per l'aria condizionata per decine di minuti. Il bar sottostante fa musica alta ben oltre la mezzanotte, nonostante la direttiva comunale.
Il rumore è tale che dal divano alla TV, poco più di un metro, col volume al massimo (col limitatore impostato), è impossibile sentire la TV. Non ultimo, alle 6.30 del mattino di ogni giorno, giardinieri o netturbini vi sveglieranno con qualche attrezzatura. È ovvio, il paese va mantenuto ed è bello, ma tutto questo ha un prezzo per gli ospiti.
Infine, una piccola nota sulla spazzatura. È giusto chiedere che un appartamento faccia lo smistamento dei rifiuti ma sarebbe opportuno fornire l'appartamento dei bidoncini o almeno dei vari sacchetti necessari, non solo per l'indifferenziata. A mio avviso, poiché ci sarebbe lo spazio necessario, la struttura dovrebbe installare dei bidoni comuni per evitare all'ospite di farsi centinaia di metri per buttare la spazzatura all’isola più vicina durante la vacanza. Noi personalmente abbiamo preferito buttarla nel paese vicino, Cassone, dove l’isola è raggiungile in auto più comodamente.

The hosts were very responsive and super flexible on our arrival time and allowing us to access the property earlier than advertised. The keys were left in a suitable place and directions and instructions were clear. They also provided helpful information on local amenities including restaurant recommendations. There is ample private parking if you are coming by car.
The apartment is very clean and has clearly been renovated in a nice modern Italian style. The balcony is nice to sit out on if you book one of those rooms and has views of the mountains and the old town. The kitchen has all the appliances to self-cater if you so wish and there's a Eurospar just across the road for supplies.
The location is great - a few minutes walk to the ferry port to explore the lake and all the restaurants and bars. The apartment is right next to the bus station with buses going both north and south. There's also a very nice bar across the road next to the bus station - Osteria Gremal - with an outside area with great views, nice sounds and it stays open later than most places.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und hat unsere Erwartungen absolut erfüllt. Bruna ist eine fantastische, super herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation lief von Anfang an reibungslos, schnell und unkompliziert.
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und genau so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend und bietet eine perfekte Basis für den Urlaub.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können einen Aufenthalt bei Bruna & Jürgen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
