The hotel is located in Turtle Cove area, which has many restaurants nearby and the best off beach snorkel spot I have seen in over 60 countries traveled. It's not in the more busy Grace Bay area but if you want to head that way it is a short taxi ride away.
The only thing we didn't like had nothing to do with the accommodations but that getting around the island is hard if you don't have a car. Taxis cost between $20 to $40 USD one way whereas a car rental is roughly $60 a day. There is no public transit or rideshare apps available on the island.

Amazing location, central to any beach. Things included with the stay were incredible: beach chairs, lovely terrace, well equipped kitchen, beach towels, washing machine etc. Staff was super responsive when our umbrella was found broken, truly great experience. Private parking with 24hr security. Couldn’t have chosen a better place.
Not much toiletries, bring your own shampoo etc.

Very close to Turtle Cove, good surface interval place, nice balcony view, great pool, nobody there , glad we dodge the bullet with Hurricane Melissa. I had no clue there was a washer and dryer, all beach stuff in the room, cooler , portable lounge chairs, there was even a tv dinner tray to eat on , full kitchen
I never saw coffee shop open , some of the switches did not work, toilet leaking , was okay with stairs but others may not be comfortable with this , I brought 70 pounds of dive gear

We have visited before and it was so nice me returned this year again. Great apartment with all you need onsite. Very clean & quiet.
