Hotel La Vista Azul

This was my second time staying at this property. The first time, I booked through a private condo owner and stayed in Unit 3101, which was lovely. This time, I booked directly through the property's management company and stayed in Unit 3103. While it wasn't as hospitable as my previous experience, it was still a decent stay for the price. Overall, the property is nicely maintained for a budget-friendly accommodation. The pool and hot tub were clean, and cleanliness throughout the property was generally good. That said, there are small improvements that could make a noticeable difference without requiring major expense. The decor feels dated, with crooked wall art that appeared water-damaged. Speaking of water damage, the utility closet housing the water heater developed a steady leak that became progressively worse during our stay. By the last day and a half, we were regularly mopping up water and washing soaked towels. The ensuite washer and dryer were also extremely loud and detracted from the overall sense of peace and relaxation. Maintenance did respond and emptied a full bucket of water that had been placed under the leak, but the water continued seeping into the bathroom afterward. I would stay here again if I needed a budget-friendly option. I love Turks and Caicos, and this was my third visit to an island that I truly love. However, next time I will likely look for a comparable condo or villa. You ain't gonna see Drake here but you will still get by ;)

The Front desk and cleaning staff were So Professional, attentive and accommodating! The room was spacious and clean with bright colorful Caribbean decor. The pools were warm and relaxing. The location was ideal. (Walking distance to beach and prime restaurants. Close to the airport as well.) This whole experience exceeded my expectations. When I come back to T&C, I need look no further for my lodging. This will be my home away from home during my stay.
