Fantastic location. The host was a lovely older Italian gentleman. I contacted him through messages on booking.com and he was there in 2 minutes.
It was difficult to begin with to contact the owner to access the room but there was only a little telephone service in the street. The phone number may be an old one.

The location was good, and the apartment was clean, but small. It was easy to visit the historical buildings of Rome by bus from that location. The host is a very friendly and kind person. The neighborhood was also quiet and safe, full of great local restaurants and stores.
Additionally, the bathroom floor is connected to the bedroom floor, so when you take a shower, water leaks into the bedroom area. We couldn't even find any cleaning supplies to wipe it up ourselves

Big room, good location.. very close to many stores, cafes and restaurants.
The kitchen was very nice. Had all we need. And the elevator!
The bed. The bed frame was old and crumbling..
The shower temperature was cold.
And the windows wasn’t sound proof so at the mornings there was a lot of noises from the outside.

Friendly host and great location.
The towels seemed to have been washed because they smelled fresh, but they had stains on them. Shower was also very small and not always with hot water.
