We were very happy with the warm welcome that we received, The room was comfortable and very clean, with all that we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. The bar was cosy and welcoming with friendly bar staff and a nice selection of Whiskys.
we had no major issues, so this bit is hard. The only thing was the door rattled whenever a guest in the next room opened their door or the fire door on the landing it sounded like somebody was trying our door which was a little concerning at the time.

We stayed one night at this hotel and it was very convenient. The landlady even let us into the room before it was ready so we could store our bags. Cullen is a small town and the hotel was in the very center of it. The room had a bit of a weird layout but this was expected since it's converted from a historic building.

Handy central hotel close to everything in Cullen.
Rooms as described on the website. Good shower and WiFi. Handy to have a microwave in your room to make some food.
A bowl along with my plate would have been handy to make my porridge in the morning with the sachets I brought but very handy coop across the road had porridge pots so all was well !

The location is very handy, I was going to the seafield arms which is literally across the road. Big spacious room, bed was fine enough, no noise.
The power of the shower was very very weak, that’s it
