It doesn't feel like a hostel. It's your room inside a room
Guests leave the toilet seats messed up most times. They need to increase the cleaning times and possibly let guests know they need to keep the toilet seats clean and free of urine splashes. That was a put off

Pretty well-designed and feels decently clean. Location is not bad, TRA, MRT near enough. Spacious common room. Entrance street level with ramps. When people don’t talk and don’t adjust curtains in the bedroom, it is pretty quiet.
There were like half dozen staff members at reception but they didn’t seem to take their work too seriously. There are signs saying keep quiet but staff doesn’t care, explaining things in the bedroom at full volume while I am trying to catch up on sleep after arrival. They did not do the same with me when I checked in and frankly it doesn’t need explanation, everything is clearly labeled for anyone who reads.
Wi-Fi did not work in the bedroom almost at all. When somebody adjusts the bed curtain it is noisy. You have to unmake the bed and collect sheets yourself. Double bed in a hostel is never going to stop being weird.

Great infrastructure and room, the facilities are clean and well maintained. Also nearby to some attractions and both a TRA and MRT station
There’s not many bin so it’s annoying having to go out of the room to throw out your trash

Each bed has curtains, the lockers are provided with a lock and it's walkable distance to bus stops and food. There is a small communal kitchen.
The toilet for showing is on another floor but it's honestly not that bad.
