Location is convenient, just a hop to IFC for good coffee (mo labo).
Few mins walk to Guangzhou opera house, library and museum.
You'd be able to take morning strolls and runs there whilst soaking in nature and architecture.
Hotel staff are polite, helpful for directions, and alert enough to follow up from comments.

Great location but just missing that 5 star touch Jackson at downstairs concierge was exceptional and handled a taxi issue with class and professional.
Staff were difficult to get to engage tasks in English.
