Bilik sangat bersih , selesa, spacious untuk kami family of 6 pax. (Family room with mountain view)
Location sangat strategic - walking distance to the beach and eateries. Jalan 2 minit dah sampai ke main road teluk nipah.
Pool - among the largest , i think, compared to other properties in teluk nipah. simple but fun. just in front of your door.
Breakfast pun ok sedap je eventho same menu everyday.
The water pressure was low, especially during peak hours.
The TV not working. We reported the issue on our first day and followed up again on the second day, but no one attended to it before we checked out on the third day. This was disappointing, especially since we stayed for several days and had planned to watch the Merdeka Parade together. Room number 90.

The staff were very hospitable, if you are travelling by taxi they will call the taxi for you. Water dispenser is available at ground floor and top floor, very convenient. The location is very close to Teluk Nipah beach, just a short walk and you will reach the beach where all the eateries, convenience stores, souvenir shops and watersports vendors are at. The room is clean and well maintained. There is air purifier, mini fridge, hair dryer and iron provided with the room and plenty of space to put your belongings. The breakfast is nice and convenient as most eateries are not open early in the day.
The ventilation in the toilet could be improved as the ventilation fan is quite slow. There is no lift to upper floors, only staircase available, but larger family rooms are located at first floor and ground floor.

Room was large and comfortable. Location walking distance to beach and food stalls.
The room had a kettle & mugs but did not have any coffee or tea to use the kettle for.
Breakfast limited options and crowded when hotel was busy. Hot tea pre-made with sugar and coffee stodgy.
Over prices for what it was.
