Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff, a quiet and comfortable room, delicious buffet breakfasts featuring local and western dishes, great pool and an excellent location, just opposite Bogak beach.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a relaxing island atmosphere. The overall resort is well maintained and has a nice modern design. The swimming pool is not very big, but it’s still a nice place to cool down, especially after spending time outside.
Breakfast was decent with a good selection of local and Western choices. I also really liked the convenience of having restaurants and food places within walking distance, so getting something to eat was never a problem.

Location was great - beach, small stores, and restaurants nearby. Staff helped in ordering taxies. Breakfast was okay. Check-in and out went smoothly. Small pool was nice addition.
Hotel was noisy - doors and windows leaked noise from the streets and hallway. Not suitable for light sleepers.
While the rooms have ACs, the air quality wasn't the greatest as keeping the AC on made the air moist.
Curtains, blanket, and pillows had mold stains all over them. It did not feel healthy sleeping with those, and thus we slept only with the sheets. Meaning no pillows either. Also, one of the bath towel's had stains.
There were some small ants found in the room. Though, these were harmless.
Hotel's restaurant (A la carte) was a huge disappointment. Frozen food warmed with microwave/stove. Pizza tasted awful and was inedible. Soft drinks were warm. Several flies were flying around the tables. Restaurant had weird and unpleasant smell. For those arriving here during dinner time, we highly suggest just walking across the street to a local street restaurant which served excellent food.
