Convenient location for the town.
We were picked up from the airport and asked to pay 20 US, which was reasonable. I expected to pay the same for our ride to Jolly Harbour the next day as the distance is similar. But when we enquired we were told it would be 50 US ! We picked up a taxi on the street which charged 20.

I liked the friendliness off the place and the staff.
It was well maintained and a safe place to stay in.
Don't know maybe a timer on the air-conditioning.

Friendly owner, clean place, comfortable bed, basic kitchen appliances in the room, as well as in the shared kitchen. Nice little outside seating areas. Quiet location, walking distance to the ferry. You can also rent a car from the owner should you need one.
Not much space in the room to move around, the on suite bathroom was a bit uncomfortable (really just a lil plastic box in the room, kinda see thru and if you wanna take a shower, everything gets wet and the room gets humid) so we opted for the shared bathroom in the hallway. The fan in the shared kitchen didn't work and there aren't many plates/bowls etc.

The house was clean and modern.
Not given enough towels. Only had one towel in the room and it was 2 of us.
No tea or coffee was provided.
